The Workplace and People Operations Manager will oversee the Berlin office, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing supplies, and maintaining a productive environment. The role involves fostering a positive culture, organizing internal events, and supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
The ideal candidate has several years of experience in office or people operations, preferably within a startup setting. They should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of building scalable processes. A strong interest in automation and tools, along with ownership and proactive communication skills in both English and German, are essential.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Berlin. The role requires hands-on involvement, including handling logistical tasks and automating workplace processes with AI and no-code tools. The candidate should enjoy creating positive experiences for colleagues and be comfortable with a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
