They will manage user training programs and serve as the primary contact for customers during the delivery phase, maintaining project scope, timelines, and quality. The role demands adaptability to different healthcare systems and governance structures, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes to support scaling.
Candidates should have proven project management experience in healthcare technology or complex multi-stakeholder projects, strong stakeholder engagement skills from clinicians to executives, and familiarity with healthcare IT and clinical workflows. A curiosity about technology and AI, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent English communication skills are essential. The role is onsite at Tandem's Stockholm headquarters, emphasizing collaboration and cultural integration within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
