The Project Delivery Specialist will oversee the full lifecycle of software implementation, from initial collaboration with municipal partners to achieving full operational use. This involves managing technical integrations such as electronic health records, tailoring workflows to meet local requirements, organizing training sessions for end users, and facilitating the adoption of new processes.
