The IT Solutions Engineer will take charge of resolving technical challenges that arise in the interaction between Tandem's software and hospital IT systems. This involves collaborating closely with client IT departments and internal teams to identify root causes of issues affecting software performance and connectivity. The role requires thorough investigation using diagnostic tools and logs, managing communications throughout the troubleshooting process, and confirming that solutions are effective in the client's environment. Additionally, the engineer will contribute to creating resources that help prevent recurring problems and empower other teams to handle common technical concerns independently.
Ideal candidates bring practical experience in customer-facing technical roles, particularly within enterprise IT environments, and possess strong knowledge of Windows systems, Citrix technologies, and scripting languages like PowerShell or Python. Effective communication skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving are essential.
