At Tandem Health, a rapidly growing health-tech company focused on clinician-centered healthcare solutions, the Project Delivery Lead role is part of the Implementation team based in Madrid. The company develops intuitive medical platforms designed to improve clinical workflows and reduce administrative burdens. This position involves leading complex deployments of their platform in large hospital and care organizations across Spain, coordinating multiple stakeholders including clinicians, hospital leadership, and IT teams.
The role requires managing end-to-end project delivery from planning through go-live and adoption, with significant autonomy and responsibility for outcomes. The lead will conduct live product demos, support commercial efforts, and ensure smooth training and adoption processes. They will also contribute to refining implementation processes as the company scales, working closely with internal specialists and driving continuous improvement in deployment strategies.
Candidates should have strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment. Professional fluency in Spanish is essential, and healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The position involves regular travel within Spain and on-site presence during go-lives.
