The Forward Deployed Engineer role supports the Spanish-speaking customer base by bridging product development and client implementation. This position collaborates closely with engineering and commercial teams to ensure efficient and reliable customer onboarding and system integration.
The engineer's daily tasks involve gathering client needs and converting them into effective, testable workflows and system connections. Responsibilities include creating and managing Fonio configurations in live environments, integrating with external platforms, troubleshooting operational issues, and developing reusable resources to streamline future setups. Providing actionable feedback to enhance the product is also a key part of the role.
Ideal candidates possess strong programming abilities, a deep understanding of AI technologies and language models, and familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure. Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are essential.
