Sr Enablement Manager - Regional Readiness

Parloa is a company focused on transforming customer interactions through advanced conversational AI, having powered over a billion customer engagements globally. The Sr Enablement Manager role in EMEA is pivotal, serving as the regional enablement lead to ensure global programs are effectively implemented locally. The role involves coordinating onboarding, adapting training content, and managing enablement initiatives to support the sales and customer success teams in Europe.

The person in this role will handle end-to-end enablement delivery, including onboarding new hires, executing product launches, and maintaining regional content. They will act as the primary contact for EMEA teams, providing support and updates on enablement activities, and escalating issues to leadership when necessary. The role requires strong communication skills and familiarity with LMS platforms.

Candidates should have 4 to 7 years of experience in enablement or related fields, with proven ability to run training programs and coordinate across time zones. They must be comfortable executing plans, engaging with quota-carrying sales teams, and working from London or willing to relocate. The position is a contract role, supporting Parloa’s mission to lead in enterprise conversational AI.
