Parloa, a leader in enterprise conversational AI, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to bridge their GTM and Product & Engineering teams. This role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives that impact customer experience and revenue, ensuring alignment and timely execution. The manager will oversee programs from inception to completion, managing communication, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has over five years of experience managing complex, end-to-end programs across technical and commercial teams. They should be fluent in enterprise software, capable of assessing technical changes' impact on customers, and skilled in building processes and playbooks. The role requires strong communication skills, especially in technical and executive contexts, and the ability to operate without formal authority.
Work is primarily remote, with options for onsite at Berlin or Munich offices. The position is a contract role, emphasizing accountability, strategic thinking, and process improvement. The manager will report to senior leadership, driving initiatives that support Parloa’s mission to redefine customer interactions through AI, and contribute to the company's growth as a global leader in conversational AI technology.
