Senior People Technology Analyst - Talent Acquisition

At Twilio, the People Team is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst to enhance their talent acquisition systems. This role involves working closely with HR and TA teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the implementation of platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, and Eightfold. The analyst will analyze workflows, optimize processes, and ensure the technology supports global hiring efforts efficiently.

The day-to-day responsibilities include configuring HR systems, developing functional specifications, and managing testing activities such as UAT to ensure quality delivery. The candidate will also create documentation, provide post-implementation support, and serve as a bridge between technical teams and HR stakeholders. Strong communication skills and experience with recruitment tech are essential.

This position is remote, based in the US East Coast, and may require occasional travel for team or project meetings. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in HR technology analysis, particularly within talent acquisition, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and HR processes related to recruitment and candidate management.
