At Parloa, the Senior Partner Agent Architect plays a key role in shaping AI-driven customer support solutions for enterprise clients. This position involves working closely with partners and customers to design, implement, and scale complex integrations of Parloa’s conversational AI platform within large organizations. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic consulting to ensure seamless system integration and effective AI agent deployment.

Daily responsibilities include leading technical discovery sessions, designing end-to-end AI solutions, and troubleshooting multi-system data flows. The architect will guide on API design, data transformation, and conversational architecture, translating business needs into reliable AI behaviors. Collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders is essential to deliver scalable, high-quality AI solutions that meet enterprise standards.

Candidates should have extensive experience in enterprise SaaS integrations, API testing, and systems thinking.
