Senior Contract Recruiter - Go to Market (GTM)

At Talkdesk, the Talent team is seeking a senior contract recruiter to lead the full-cycle hiring process for their Go-To-Market and G&A units across the EMEA region. This role involves partnering with senior managers to develop sourcing strategies, conduct candidate assessments, and ensure a positive experience for applicants. The recruiter will manage stakeholder relationships and maintain compliance with UK employment laws, working remotely in the UK for a four-month period.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of recruiting experience, especially within sales, pre-sales, customer success, finance, legal, or HR functions. They should possess advanced sourcing skills, familiarity with ATS platforms, and the ability to influence senior leaders. The role requires immediate availability and a proven track record in high-volume or complex hiring environments, preferably in tech or SaaS sectors.

This position is a freelance, contract role based remotely in the UK, with a focus on fast-paced, high-growth environments. The recruiter will be responsible for designing sourcing campaigns, managing candidate pipelines, and providing market insights.
