Product Manager — Voice and Video Contributor

At HeyMilo Labs, the role centers on engaging experienced product managers in recorded, paid conversations to aid AI training and evaluation. These discussions focus on product strategy, prioritization, and decision-making, involving debates on feature development, launch timing, and customer targeting. The position is remote and contract-based, offering flexible hourly compensation.

Day-to-day, participants will discuss and defend product decisions, challenge peers' viewpoints, and adapt recommendations based on new information. The role requires clear communication, the ability to reason through complex tradeoffs, and comfort with unscripted, constructive dialogue. Professional acting is optional, but strong conversational skills and domain expertise are crucial.

Candidates should have professional product management experience, including collaboration with engineers, designers, and stakeholders. Fluency in the session language and a quiet setup with reliable internet and video capabilities are necessary. The role involves recorded video sessions where participants' faces are visible, supporting AI development through authentic product management conversations.
