HeyMilo Labs offers a contract opportunity for legal professionals to engage in recorded dialogues aimed at enhancing AI systems. Participants join conversations with peers to explore various legal subjects such as contract law, employment regulations, corporate governance, privacy, and intellectual property. This remote role allows contributors worldwide to share their expertise through thoughtful, unscripted discussions that contribute to AI training and assessment.

The role involves analyzing hypothetical legal cases, presenting and defending viewpoints, and engaging in respectful debate with fellow participants. Contributors must communicate complex legal concepts clearly and be receptive to alternative perspectives. Fluency in the session language and the ability to maintain meaningful, spontaneous conversations are essential for success in this position.

Applicants should have practical experience in legal roles such as attorneys, legal advisors, or paralegals, with proficiency in at least one area of law. While prior acting experience is not required, strong conversational skills and legal insight are critical. Contributors must have a quiet workspace, stable internet, and video setup to participate in recorded sessions, which are compensated hourly and may be licensed for AI development purposes.
