Paid AI Conversation Contributor — Customer Support (French)

At HeyMilo, the role involves contributing to AI conversational data by participating in short video conversations with an AI agent. The project focuses on improving AI's ability to handle realistic customer-service scenarios through natural dialogue and feedback. This contract position is part of a remote, short-term initiative aimed at enhancing AI conversational quality rather than traditional customer support employment.

Participants engage in role-playing exercises based on their customer-support experience, discussing scenarios like delivery issues or billing misunderstandings. They provide natural responses, ask clarifying questions, and evaluate the AI's conversational behavior, including timing and understanding. The work requires a quiet environment, a computer with camera and microphone, and stable internet, with sessions lasting about 20 to 30 minutes.

Applicants should be adults with relevant customer-service experience comfortable speaking English in an unscripted manner. The project welcomes remote contributors from several countries, including Canada and the US. Participants must agree to data collection terms, as sessions are recorded for AI training and evaluation. Compensation is provided per completed session, with no guarantee of ongoing work or employment beyond the project.
