This role involves vendor negotiations, contract management, and process optimization to ensure cost efficiency and strategic sourcing. The person will work closely with various departments to streamline procurement workflows and enhance vendor relationships, contributing to the company's growth and operational excellence.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing vendor onboarding, renewal planning, and benchmarking pricing for SaaS, AI, and infrastructure tools. The role demands building transparent procurement processes, managing stakeholder requests, and collaborating with legal, IT, and finance teams. The procurement lead will also develop spend visibility, forecast expenses, and leverage AI tools to improve procurement efficiency, ensuring alignment with company goals and budget constraints.

Candidates should have 4-7+ years of experience in procurement or vendor management within a high-growth tech environment, with strong negotiation skills and process-building expertise.
