As a People Operations Generalist, the individual will serve as a key resource for employees and managers, handling HRIS systems, onboarding procedures, benefits administration, and immigration coordination. They will troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure legal compliance across local, state, and federal regulations. The role requires a detail-oriented approach and strong project management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth startup, with a focus on operational rigor and employee support. Familiarity with HRIS systems, benefits, and compliance is essential, along with a proactive problem-solving mindset. This position offers the opportunity to own critical HR functions and contribute to the company's scaling efforts, working three days onsite in San Francisco.
