About the role
At Vocca, the Head of Talent Acquisition will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for establishing and leading the company's recruiting function. The Head of TA will also shape employer branding efforts in both countries and ensure the recruitment budget is respected.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of building and leading TA teams in fast-growing tech environments. Fluency in French and English is essential, along with experience deploying AI in recruitment workflows. The role is based in Paris, with hybrid work arrangements, and involves strategic planning, team management, and hands-on recruiting, especially for critical roles.
