Founder Associate to the CEO - End-of-studies internship (2K€/month, Paris, January 2027)

At Vocca, a healthcare-focused AI voice agent company, the team is dedicated to transforming patient-doctor communication by deploying intelligent call-answering solutions. The company has a diverse team working across Paris and New York, with a focus on expanding into new markets and verticals following a recent Series A funding round. The role involves supporting the founders by tackling strategic projects that require both business insight and technical understanding.

The Founder Associate will work closely with the CEO and CTO, handling tasks like market research, growth experiments, financial modeling, and public affairs. The role demands a proactive individual capable of delivering actionable insights, building target lists, and designing experiments. The candidate will also contribute to company branding efforts and operational processes, depending on their skills and interests.

This internship is open to final-year students from top-tier engineering or business schools, fluent in French and English, with prior experience in demanding environments. The position is full-time, hybrid, and intended to last six months, starting in January 2027. The candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of turning vague questions into structured, data-driven recommendations.
