The Head of Deployments will lead and expand a team responsible for taking AI solutions from contract signing to live production within financial institutions. This includes managing forward deployed engineers, project managers, and process specialists who integrate AI agents with existing lending systems. The role demands ownership of the entire deployment lifecycle, ensuring quality, compliance, and repeatability while collaborating closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to refine offerings and support customer expansion.
