Candidates should have over three years of experience recruiting GTM talent in tech companies or startups, with proven skills in sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools is essential. Strong communication, organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple requisitions under deadlines are critical. This is a full-time onsite position in San Francisco, initially contract to hire, requiring collaboration with founders and hiring teams to meet hiring goals.
