About the role
Dodo is seeking a Care Engineer to join their team onsite in San Francisco. This role involves deploying AI agents into healthcare practices, managing the entire process from initial contract signing to live operation. The engineer will work closely with practice staff to understand workflows, configure systems, and ensure smooth integration with practice management and communication tools.
Daily responsibilities include training practice teams, troubleshooting deployment issues, and refining the AI agents based on real-world feedback. The candidate will also contribute to creating scalable deployment processes and tools, aiming to streamline future launches and improve product performance across multiple locations.
Ideal candidates will have experience in veterinary, dental, or medical practices or with practice management software. They should be technically adept, resourceful problem solvers, and effective communicators, capable of handling complex deployments and building automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
