The role involves managing billing, collections, and cash reconciliation processes, utilizing modern automation tools and ERP systems. The analyst will ensure accurate invoicing, resolve payment issues, and support audits, contributing to the company's revenue operations and growth strategies.
The candidate will handle end-to-end billing, manage aging schedules, and communicate proactively with clients and internal teams. They will also investigate discrepancies, partner with sales and finance, and help optimize workflows for scalability. Experience with SaaS billing, ERP systems, and procurement portals is preferred.
This position requires 2-3+ years of relevant accounting experience, fluency in English, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset. The work is remote, with flexibility to coordinate across European and Pacific time zones.
