The role involves managing requisitions from start to finish, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role needs. The manager will focus on building pipelines for recurring roles and supporting senior-level searches, working remotely within the United States.
Daily responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining an organized ATS pipeline. The candidate will also handle offer logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with experience in high-volume recruiting environments, preferably in SaaS or startups.
This is a full-time, remote position suitable for someone with 2-3 years of recruiting or HR experience. Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools is advantageous.
