Strategist, Agent Development (Cantonese Speaking)

The Agent Strategist role involves managing the entire lifecycle of AI agents, from initial design to deployment and ongoing optimization, ensuring they meet business goals and outperform expectations. The role requires close collaboration with enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and translating those into effective AI solutions.

The strategist acts as a trusted advisor, working directly with customer teams and executives to troubleshoot, refine, and enhance AI agents. They are responsible for running sessions, making strategic decisions, and providing feedback to product and research teams. The role demands a mix of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to succeed in complex organizational environments.

This position is based on-site in Singapore and involves engaging with technical concepts, managing multiple projects, and maintaining a customer-centric approach. Candidates should have a strong background in problem-solving, ownership, and delivery of high-visibility projects. Experience with AI/LLM agents and a technical degree or equivalent practical experience are preferred, along with a passion for building impactful AI solutions.
