The engineering team is responsible for creating the full application stack, integrating AI with healthcare workflows, and ensuring reliable, secure operations. The role involves building interfaces, APIs, and data models to support scheduling, patient intake, and refill processes, working closely with voice AI and healthcare data systems.
The Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) will independently design, develop, and deploy features that connect healthcare workflows with AI-driven interfaces. They will handle both frontend and backend development using modern tools like React, Next.js, and Node.js, with a focus on performance, security, and observability. The engineer will also collaborate on architecture decisions and improve system reliability, contributing to a product that directly impacts healthcare teams.
This position requires strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills, experience with relational databases, API design, and secure data handling. The candidate should be a proactive problem solver with product-minded judgment, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with voice AI, EHR integrations, or LLM-powered products is a plus. The role is based on-site in New York City, with a full-time employment arrangement.
