The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for running end-to-end payroll for US and international employees, managing tax filings, and maintaining compliance. They will coordinate with People/Talent and accounting teams on employee lifecycle events and support equity administration and reporting. The role requires building payroll calendars, processes, and documentation while serving as the internal expert and external auditor contact for payroll matters.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with US multi-state and international payroll, including tax filings and working with PEO/EOR providers. Familiarity with platforms like Rippling, Deel, or Remote is important, along with the ability to work independently and manage complex payroll operations.
