The generalist will manage core People Operations tasks including onboarding, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, compliance, and HR support. Daily responsibilities involve handling employee inquiries, maintaining HR systems like Rippling, improving processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities while collaborating cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT teams to enhance employee experience.

Candidates should bring 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, familiarity with HRIS platforms (preferably Rippling), and knowledge of multi-state compliance and reporting requirements. Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are essential to explain HR topics clearly and manage complex processes.
