This senior individual contributor position involves managing confidential searches for VP, Head-of, and Director-level roles, requiring strong judgment in assessing leadership capabilities and negotiating offers. The recruiter will build pipelines through direct sourcing and networks, partner with executives to define role requirements, and improve hiring processes using data-driven insights. The role reports to the executive recruiting leader and operates in a hybrid setting based in San Francisco, working onsite part of the week.
Candidates should bring over a decade of recruiting experience, including significant expertise in executive searches within tech domains such as AI/ML and product leadership. The role demands credibility with executive teams, discretion, and the ability to provide candid feedback.
