Mandarin-speaking: Customer Success Engineer (Contract)

This position involves a remote, contract-based role supporting large-scale clients in implementing and expanding AI voice solutions. The main responsibilities include designing and deploying voice agents, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to refine the platform based on user feedback. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development skills and excellent communication abilities to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Applicants should have a solid background in software engineering, particularly in backend systems, API integration, and system architecture, and must be fluent in both Mandarin and English. The role offers flexibility with remote work and a competitive monthly pay rate, with some hours overlapping with the Pacific Time zone. Prior experience with voice AI or related technologies is advantageous but not essential.
