About the role
At Zenoti, the team focuses on maintaining the security and reliability of their cloud-based platform used by thousands of wellness and beauty businesses worldwide. The Lead Reliability Engineer will design, implement, and oversee network and security controls, ensuring the infrastructure's resilience and compliance. The role involves close collaboration with various technical teams to enforce security policies and optimize network architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
Daily responsibilities include managing network connectivity across multiple cloud providers, deploying security measures like firewalls and WAFs, and automating security and network processes through Infrastructure as Code. The engineer will lead incident response efforts, monitor network traffic, and ensure compliance with standards such as SOC 2 and PCI-DSS. They will also guide design reviews, mentor engineers, and set strategic directions for security architecture.
Candidates should have extensive experience in cloud networking and security, particularly with Azure and AWS, along with strong automation skills using Terraform, Python, or PowerShell. Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architecture, workload security, and compliance frameworks is essential. The role offers remote or onsite work in Hyderabad, requiring a senior level of expertise in infrastructure design, security fundamentals, and cloud operations, with a focus on risk management and technical leadership.
