The role of Head of GTM, Europe, is a senior leadership position focused on expanding AssemblyAI's presence and revenue across the European market, particularly in voice AI solutions.
The Head of GTM will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Europe, building and leading a cross-functional team including Sales, Applied AI Engineers, and Forward Deployed Engineers. This role involves managing key strategic deals, setting regional priorities, and ensuring alignment with US teams and other departments such as Research, Product, and Marketing. The position requires hands-on leadership to scale the business from an early footprint to a full regional operation.
Candidates should have over ten years of experience in technical B2B sales or go-to-market roles, with significant leadership experience in Europe. They must demonstrate success in building teams and scaling revenue in a venture-backed, US-headquartered environment, ideally selling APIs or developer platforms. Strong technical knowledge of voice AI, API architectures, and European regulatory landscapes is essential. The role is based in London or remote within the UK, requiring deep familiarity with European markets and compliance requirements.
