The role of Founding Recruiter is a strategic, hands-on position focused on building the company's Go-to-Market team in the APAC region. The recruiter will partner with sales leadership to hire high-performing revenue and customer success talent, including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales Engineers. The role involves developing talent pipelines, advising on market conditions, and managing the full recruitment cycle, all while supporting regional growth and talent acquisition strategies.
This is a full-time, remote position based in Singapore, requiring at least 5 years of recruiting experience, especially in SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of regional talent markets.
