Forward Deployed Engineering Team Lead

At Aircall, the Forward Deployed Engineering Team Lead is part of the Customer Solutions & Applied AI team, working on integrating AI Voice Agent solutions into real customer workflows. The role involves hands-on configuration, deployment, and debugging of AI solutions, alongside coaching a regional team of engineers. The team collaborates globally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success to enhance AI-driven customer communication tools.

Daily responsibilities include building and deploying AI agent solutions, managing regional pipeline and revenue targets, and developing playbooks and frameworks for deployment. The lead also educates internal teams, influences product development based on field feedback, and drives regional adoption of AI solutions. The role requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement.

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in solutions engineering or similar roles, with strong technical skills in APIs, integrations, and programming. They must demonstrate the ability to own projects, influence senior stakeholders, and coach teams through hands-on leadership.
