The manager will be responsible for guiding a small group of engineers, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining system reliability and security.
The role requires mentoring and developing engineers, establishing effective workflows, and collaborating closely with product and data teams to turn detection requirements into practical development plans. The manager will oversee system design, review technical solutions, and help resolve complex issues, fostering a team that operates independently with a focus on quality and operational excellence. Improving system observability, incident management, and integrating AI tools into development processes will also be key responsibilities.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in backend or distributed systems, with a proven track record of leading technical teams. Knowledge of cloud-native platforms, AI-assisted development, and telecommunications technologies is advantageous.
