Value Strategist

The role of a Value Strategist involves working closely with customers to identify and quantify the business benefits of ElevenLabs' solutions, especially ElevenAgents. The person will develop frameworks, models, and playbooks to articulate and measure value across different accounts and industries. They will engage with senior stakeholders, understand customer operations, and build business cases that demonstrate ROI and strategic impact.

This is a senior, full-time, remote position within the Revenue team, focusing on the entire customer lifecycle from early sales to renewal and expansion. The role requires deep analytical skills, the ability to build financial models, and strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear value propositions. The candidate will work independently to scale successful approaches and help shape the company's global value strategy.
