Special Projects Manager

At Voize, a rapidly expanding startup, the management team is focused on launching a new AI platform designed to enhance frontline workers' efficiency by automating digital workflows. The Special Projects Manager, based in Berlin and working in a hybrid setup, will oversee the end-to-end delivery of this critical project, ensuring timely execution and smooth customer transitions. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project dependencies with a focus on strategic outcomes.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining project tracking systems, facilitating decision-making processes, and preparing teams for product launches and customer pilots. The manager will work closely with founders and senior stakeholders, translating ambiguity into clear plans and escalating issues when necessary. They will also prepare teams across sales, support, and engineering for the platform's deployment, ensuring readiness and alignment.

Candidates should have over three years of experience managing complex software projects, preferably in high-standard environments like consulting or scale-ups. Strong structured thinking, stakeholder management, and fluency in German and English are essential.
