The Senior Data Analytics Engineer will manage the company's data from storage to visualization, ensuring accuracy and trustworthiness. This role involves working with modern tools like Redshift, dbt, and Lightdash, and collaborating closely with various departments to turn business questions into dependable insights.
The daily tasks include modeling data, maintaining dashboards, and defining key metrics that the entire organization relies on. The engineer will also oversee data ingestion processes and serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams. As the first dedicated analytics hire, they will set standards and help shape the company's data architecture for future growth.
This position requires at least four years of experience in analytics, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Redshift. The candidate should be comfortable working independently with business stakeholders, documenting and testing models, and leveraging AI to automate workflows.
