The Site Reliability Engineer role involves ensuring the robustness and resilience of ElevenLabs’ real-time, latency-sensitive platforms. Daily tasks include defining reliability standards, building monitoring tools, and responding to incidents to minimize downtime. The engineer will collaborate closely with product teams to set SLAs and SLOs, design disaster recovery plans, and develop AI-powered solutions for automated incident resolution, all while maintaining high operational standards.
This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from various global locations or from designated offices in major cities. Candidates should have hands-on experience managing large-scale production systems, strong backend development skills, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure like GCP and AWS.
