Senior People Partner (EMEA)

At Heidi AI, the People team is focused on transforming healthcare through AI-driven solutions that support clinicians and improve patient care. The Senior People Partner will serve as a key regional advisor, working closely with leadership across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, South Africa, and the UAE. The role involves shaping talent strategies, coaching managers, and ensuring effective organizational design to support rapid growth and market entry.

Daily responsibilities include partnering with leaders to translate business goals into people initiatives, guiding performance and talent development, and managing employment requirements across multiple jurisdictions. The candidate will leverage data and AI tools to streamline HR processes, enhance decision-making, and foster a high-performance culture. The role emphasizes judgment, influence, and a proactive approach to scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires at least five years of experience in senior HR partnership roles within high-growth, multi-country settings. A passion for software and AI is essential, along with strong talent judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity. The role is based in London, with a hybrid work setup, and involves working closely with leadership to build effective teams that align with the company's mission to expand healthcare capacity and strengthen human connections.
