Senior Director, Platform Products

At Suki AI, the leadership team is dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare delivery through innovative AI solutions. The platform division is responsible for creating the foundational tools that allow other organizations to build upon Suki’s core technology. This includes designing the architecture that supports seamless data exchange and interoperability within the healthcare industry, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The senior product leader will guide a team of managers focused on developing a strategic vision for the platform. This involves translating advanced AI functionalities, such as natural language processing and speech recognition, into reliable, scalable components that can be reused across multiple products. Building a developer-friendly environment with comprehensive APIs and SDKs is also a key aspect of this role.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing complex platform products, especially within healthcare technology. They should be experienced in working with healthcare data standards like FHIR and HL7, and in deploying AI/ML capabilities at scale. The position offers flexibility for remote work, with a preference for those based in the Bay Area. The overarching goal is to establish a resilient, extensible platform that accelerates innovation and reduces administrative burdens for healthcare providers.
