The Project Manager will oversee complex health system implementations, managing end-to-end project plans that coordinate multiple teams including product, engineering, and client stakeholders. Responsibilities include navigating governance processes, facilitating meetings and updates, identifying risks, and driving strategic projects to ensure smooth and timely deployments. The role demands strong communication skills, technical fluency, and the ability to manage dependencies across diverse teams without direct authority.
Ideal candidates bring experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in enterprise software or healthcare settings, with familiarity in formal governance and technical environments. Knowledge of health system integrations, such as EHR or telephony systems, and project management certifications are advantageous.
