Infrastructure Engineer

ElevenLabs is an innovative AI company that develops advanced voice models and platforms for businesses and creators. The Infrastructure Engineer will be part of the engineering team responsible for building and maintaining the core platform, including GPU clusters and cloud infrastructure, to support millions of users and thousands of clients. The role involves working on scalable Kubernetes clusters, cloud migrations, and automation to ensure reliable and efficient infrastructure.

The day-to-day work includes deploying and scaling infrastructure, setting up compute and networking, and creating tools for self-service by engineering teams. The engineer will collaborate with research, product, and security teams to improve platform performance, security, and cost-efficiency. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GCP, and automation tools is essential for success in this role.

Candidates should have strong skills in cloud infrastructure, especially GCP, and experience with Kubernetes at scale. Proficiency in Python or Golang, infrastructure as code, and managing stateful systems are required. Bonus skills include GPU clusters, ML infrastructure, and open-source contributions. The position is remote, offering flexibility to work from various global locations, with a focus on impactful, fast-paced development in a flat team environment.
