The Partner Enablement Program Manager will design and manage a comprehensive partner academy targeting systems integrators, hyperscalers, and technology partners. Responsibilities include developing curricula for sales, pre-sales, and technical implementation teams, collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure technical accuracy, and overseeing certification processes. The role involves scaling the program through automation, delivering training both online and in person, and managing program administration including onboarding and reporting. The goal is to certify over 10,000 partner professionals by 2027, establishing ElevenLabs certification as a respected credential.
Candidates should have experience building enablement programs for technical or sales teams, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Familiarity with AI technologies, learning platforms, and automation tools is important. Bonus qualifications include hands-on experience with AI applications, telephony systems, programming languages like Python or TypeScript, and multilingual abilities.
