About the role
At ElevenLabs, the finance team operates across multiple legal entities and countries, managing a complex set of financial systems and data infrastructure. The person in this role will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the core financial platforms, ensuring they work together smoothly and securely. They will also oversee the integration of various third-party services and develop automation solutions to streamline financial workflows, supporting the company's rapid growth and compliance needs.
On a daily basis, the lead will configure and manage multi-entity financial software, develop custom scripts, and implement workflows to improve efficiency. They will lead initiatives to introduce new financial tools, such as systems for billing and equity management, and work closely with data and automation teams to create AI-powered solutions for tasks like invoice processing and reconciliation. The role requires collaboration with accounting, engineering, and audit teams to ensure controls are in place and processes are transparent.
This position is flexible for remote work within Europe, with options to work from designated offices. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with managing complex financial systems, including setting up and maintaining multi-company configurations, and integrating various platforms through coding or middleware. Familiarity with financial controls, automation, and data analysis tools is essential.
