Revenue Accountant

The revenue accountant will be responsible for managing key aspects of the monthly revenue close, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, and supporting revenue recognition processes. Daily tasks include preparing journal entries, reconciling billing and revenue, reviewing customer contracts, and documenting revenue activities for audits. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

This position is suitable for professionals with deep expertise in revenue recognition standards, experience in public or pre-IPO companies, and proficiency with revenue systems like Stripe or HubiFi. The role offers remote work flexibility from Central Europe or Eastern US time zones, with options to work from company offices in London, New York, or Warsaw. It is a contract role, ideal for those with relevant qualifications such as CPA or ACCA, and experience in SaaS or high-volume revenue environments.
