About the role
At Heidi AI, the finance team is integral to supporting the company's mission of enhancing healthcare through AI. The Finance Manager for North America will work closely with regional leadership to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, managing cash flow, and ensuring adherence to local regulations, all while fostering strong business partnerships with sales and operational teams.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of financial statements, managing compliance calendars, and providing clear financial narratives to leadership. The manager will also be a key partner in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and decision-making processes, translating financial data into actionable insights. The position requires a proactive approach to risk management, controls, and performance frameworks, supporting Heidi's growth in North America.
This role is based onsite in New York and demands at least five years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A, especially supporting sales or GTM functions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in financial controls, business partnering, and revenue management, with a strong ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
