Candidates should have at least two years of experience in customer-facing training, coaching, or consulting, preferably within the property or multifamily industry. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, along with strong communication skills and technical aptitude. The role demands extensive travel, up to 75%, to conduct onsite training, and offers a salary range of $70,000 to $115,000, with additional benefits. The position is full-time and on-site, emphasizing direct customer engagement and training expertise.
