Equity Administrator

At ElevenLabs, the finance team is responsible for managing the company's equity plans, which are growing quickly across different regions. The selected individual will handle daily tasks such as maintaining accurate records of employee grants, exercises, and lifecycle events, ensuring compliance with various jurisdictional requirements. Collaboration with legal, HR, and finance departments is essential to translate strategic decisions into precise, audit-ready data.

The role involves processing grant issuances, assisting with valuation activities, and addressing employee questions related to their equity holdings. Candidates should have practical experience with equity management platforms like Carta and a solid grasp of stock-based compensation, including stock options and RSUs. Knowledge of local tax regulations and reporting standards is also important. Automating routine processes with AI tools to enhance efficiency will be a key focus.

This position is designed for remote work, offering the flexibility to operate from locations within the Central European or Eastern US time zones. There are also options to work onsite at offices in London, New York, or Warsaw. The ideal applicant will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and prioritize employee support. Experience in fast-paced startup environments or familiarity with valuation processes like 409A is advantageous, along with relevant professional certifications.
