Engineering - Internal AI Transformation

At ElevenLabs, a pioneering AI research and product company known for its human-like AI voice models and expansive platforms like ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative, the Internal AI Transformation role is part of the Engineering & Product Automations team. This team focuses on automating and optimizing internal processes across various departments to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. The role involves designing and deploying AI-driven automation workflows that integrate with core business tools such as Salesforce and Slack. The engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams in GTM, Operations, and Finance to identify automation opportunities, build reusable services, and ensure the reliability and safety of AI workflows. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of automation projects, from discovery through production and impact measurement, emphasizing security and auditability in system design.

Candidates should have proven experience delivering production automations, strong backend skills in Python and SQL, and familiarity with AI technologies like large language models and agentic workflows. A systems-thinking approach and hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker, are essential.
