About the role
At Replicant, a company pioneering AI-driven customer service solutions, the Director of Corporate Finance will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy as the business scales. The company’s AI agents handle millions of calls monthly for major clients, enhancing contact center efficiency through advanced conversation intelligence and automation. This leadership role is embedded within the finance and accounting team, reporting directly to the CFO, and focuses on corporate financial planning and capital strategy.
The Director will lead financial planning and analysis, including annual and quarterly forecasting, long-range modeling, and capital fundraising efforts. Responsibilities include preparing financial materials for board and investor communications, managing scenario analyses for strategic decisions, and ensuring compliance with public company standards. The role also involves upgrading financial systems and building out the corporate finance team to support growth and IPO readiness.
Candidates should bring over a decade of finance experience, with at least three years managing corporate finance in high-growth SaaS or tech companies, and hands-on IPO or public company finance expertise. Strong skills in SaaS metrics, advanced financial modeling, and clear communication with executives and investors are essential. The position is remote by design, offering flexibility and a supportive culture focused on ownership, humility, and self-reflection.
